How it works
Four steps between you and a week you don’t have to think about.
01
A 90-second intake
Goal, body stats, how you train, what you won't eat, what you can spend, how long you'll stand at a stove. Every question is pre-answered with the most common response, so you're mostly confirming rather than typing.
02
Your Day 1, before you pay
Your coach immediately builds a real day of food: three meals with portions, macros, cost and full cooking steps. You see the quality of the work before any card is entered.
03
The full week, every week
Once you're a member you get all seven days — twenty-one meals, calibrated to your calorie and protein targets, your training load, and where you are in your cycle. Don't like it? Say so and it's rebuilt.
04
Groceries and daily answers
Every ingredient consolidates into one aisle-sorted list with estimated cost and a link to your store. Then message your coach any time: substitutions, restaurant menus, a week that fell apart.
Cycle-aware planning
Your appetite isn’t the same every week. Your plan shouldn’t be either.
If you choose to track your cycle, your coach knows which phase you’re in and shifts calories, carbohydrate and specific nutrients accordingly.
Menstrual
Iron-rich meals and warm, easy-to-digest food. Slightly higher magnesium to ease cramping.
Follicular
Energy is climbing. Higher carbohydrate meals here support harder training sessions.
Ovulatory
Peak energy. Fibre and cruciferous vegetables support estrogen clearance this week.
Luteal
Appetite and core temperature rise. Roughly 100–200 extra calories and more protein keep cravings manageable.
Cycle tracking is entirely optional and can be turned off at any time in your account. Phase guidance is general nutrition education, not medical advice.
