Membership terms
Everything you are agreeing to, in plain language.
Free trial
Every membership begins with a 7-day free trial. No amount is charged during the trial. You may cancel at any point during the trial from Account Settings and you will never be billed. We email you before the trial ends.
Committed membership
- $179 per month, billed monthly.
- Term length: 12 months.
- Total amount payable across the full term: $2,148.
- The membership renews for another 12-month term unless you cancel at least 14 days before the renewal date.
- Early termination: if you end the membership before the term is complete, the remaining monthly payments for that term become due immediately as a single charge. Your account always displays the exact remaining amount before you confirm.
Flexible membership
- $249 per month, month to month.
- No term commitment and no early-termination amount.
- Renews monthly until cancelled. Cancel before your next billing date.
- The rate may change with at least 30 days’ notice.
Cancelling
Cancel from Account Settings in two taps, or email support. No phone call, no retention call, no form. Cancellation stops future charges; amounts already due under a Committed term remain payable.
