Before you decide
- What happens at the end of the 7-day trial?
- Your first payment is taken on the day the trial ends, and we email you two days before it happens. Cancel any time during the trial from Account Settings and you are never charged.
- What does 'ending early' cost on the Committed plan?
- Committed is a 12-month term. If you end it before the term is complete, the remaining monthly payments become due immediately as one charge. You always see the exact remaining amount in your account before confirming.
- Can I move from Committed to Flexible?
- Yes, at the end of your term. During the term the Committed rate is locked, which is why it costs less.
- Is this medical care?
- No. Nutrayah provides nutrition education and meal planning. It does not diagnose or treat anything and is not a substitute for your physician or a registered dietitian.
The full membership agreement, including renewal and early-termination language, is on the membership terms page.
